1. No Returns:

All sales are final and no returns are accepted under any condition.

2. Exchanges Only:

We exchange products only when the product is missing or damaged at the time of delivery.

3. Proof Required:

To ask for an exchange, you have to give us an unpacking video clearly demonstrating the condition of the product upon delivery.

Photos will not be accepted alone.

4. Validity Period:

Requests for exchange have to be made within 7 days of receipt of order.

We will not entertain requests after 7 days.

5. How to Request an Exchange:

Mail our customer support at support@sastainexpensive.com
with your order number and unpacking video.

We will verify your request and process your exchange as quickly as possible once verified.

6. Important Notes:

The products must be in the same condition they were received in.

Exchanges are at product availability.
